The Pavilion is in the gardens of Bosvathick, an 18th Country house owned by one family since 1760. The gardens have shrubs, lawns, trees, lake, sunken garden, maze, orchards and much to explore. The century old Pavilion, renovated by an award-winning team, retains historic features but meets modern standards. The result is quirky and charming. The garden setting is stunning. The slate roofed north wing, clad in timber trunks, has a gothic door; the high hall has chestnut paneling. The south wing has slate floors, gothic windows and double doors to a south facing terrace looking over the gardens. There are two wood paneled bedrooms, washing machine utility and large shower room. The granite fireplace has a wood burning stove for which there is free wood. The kitchen has under-counter fridge, electric hob & oven, microwave, timber worktops, refurbished 1960s cabinets and a long table. Although presented like any other holiday cottage, there is no television and no Central Heating. Wi-Fi is connected. Private parking. Strictly No Dogs.
